What does it cost?
Most recurring home cleans run $140–$260 per visit depending on size and frequency. A first deep clean is usually $300–$550.
Do I get the same cleaners?
Yes. Same crew each visit, and you will know their names. If someone is out, we tell you before we arrive rather than after.
Do I need to be home?
No. Key, code, or lockbox — whatever you prefer. Access is logged and locked.
Do I need to tidy first?
No. Put away anything genuinely private and leave the rest. Picking up is part of the job.
What about my pets?
Fine, and please tell us their names and habits. If a dog needs to be crated, tell us that too.
How do I pay?
Card, check, or transfer, after each visit or monthly.
Can I skip or reschedule?
Yes — let us know by the day before. No fee, and we hold your slot.

Can you work after hours?
Yes — most commercial work is evenings and weekends.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
Logged, locked, never stored on a personal phone. We follow your building's protocol.
Is there a contract?
A written scope, and 30 days' notice either direction. No multi-year lock-in.
Who do I call when something is wrong?
Bryan, directly. You will have his cell number.
Do you supply paper and soap?
We can stock consumables at cost, or you can keep supplying them.
Do you do day porter work?
Ask — depending on the building and the hours, sometimes yes.
