From a standing every-other-week clean to carpets, windows and whole-building work. Most of our accounts are homes. A growing share are small businesses — and the reason is simple: the owner who trusts us with their kitchen eventually asks about their office.
Recurring home cleaning
Weekly, every other week, or monthly. The rhythm most of our customers settle into, and the one that keeps a house genuinely easy to live in.

YLS Cleaning Solutions was started by Bryan Lopez with a bucket, a car, and a handful of neighbors who needed help. Today the company cares for about forty homes and businesses across Milwaukee County, and it has grown every single year without ever running an advertisement.
That matters more than it sounds. Every account we have was somebody's recommendation. Nobody recommends a cleaning company casually — you are handing over a key.
Bryan is still on jobs. If something is not right, you are not filing a ticket with a call center. You are talking to the person whose name is on the van.

Homes, usually a quick visit. Businesses, always a walkthrough. We price what we can see, not what we assume.

A flat price per visit, in writing, with what is included spelled out. Within one business day.

The questions we get most
What does it actually cost?
For most homes in our area, a recurring clean runs $140 to $260 per visit depending on size and how often we come. A first-time deep clean is usually $300 to $550. Businesses are quoted after a walkthrough, because square footage alone does not tell you what a building needs.
Who is actually coming into my home?
Who actually comes into the home, how they are vetted, and whether they work for YLS directly — in Bryan’s words. This is the question customers care most about, so it is worth answering fully. You get the same crew each visit.
Do I need to be home?
Most of our customers are not. We work from a key, a code, or a lockbox, all of which are kept in a locked file and never on a phone. Whatever you are comfortable with is what we do.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — everything. Products, cloths, vacuums, mops. If you would rather we use something specific of yours, leave it out and we will use it.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
The products we use every day are safe around children and animals once dry. If anyone in the house has an allergy or a sensitivity, tell us and we will adjust.
What if I need to skip a week?
Just let us know by the day before. There is no fee, and we will hold your regular slot.
